Metal Stud Framing questions, answered.
Common questions about metal stud framing in San Diego County
Yes, that's our strongest offer. One subcontract covers layout, framing, hanging, taping, and finishing, which means one schedule, one accountable team, and no gaps between trades.
Absolutely. Rated corridors, demising walls, and shaft-wall systems are standard scope, framed and boarded to the listed assembly so they inspect and perform as designed.
Our scope is non-load-bearing interior framing, partitions, soffits, and ceiling systems. Structural elements belong with your engineer and GC; we coordinate our layout tightly around them.
